Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline (preferred)
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years in an executive-level role managing multiple concepts and outlets (F&B senior leadership, directorial, or executive capacity)
- Proven pre-opening experience in high-volume, premium F&B operations
- Demonstrated track record in revenue growth and cost control
- Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations and multi-site restaurant management
- Experience negotiating with local, regional, and national suppliers
- International experience with renowned hospitality brands, preferably within the GCC market
