About the Job: Director of Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Food & Beverage function, reporting to the Hotel Manager, curating exceptional dining experiences that reflect Jumeirah’s standards of excellence
- Drive commercial success by unlocking revenue opportunities, enhancing guest engagement, and delivering sustainable profitability across all venues
- Inspire and elevate a diverse F&B team, cultivating a culture of passion, accountability, and continuous development
- Shape distinctive, memorable guest experiences through innovative concepts, activations, and service excellence
- Partner with senior leadership to align F&B strategy with broader business objectives and ensure market relevance
- Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation, safeguarding brand reputation
About You: Candidate Requirements
- Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hotels or resorts
- Minimum 10 years’ operational leadership experience in Food & Beverage Operations with a strong track record in guest experience and performance
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to optimize performance and drive sustainable profitability
- An engaging, visible, hands-on leader who builds strong connections with teams and guests
- Highly credible and influential professional capable of operating in complex, fast-paced luxury environments while maintaining brand integrity
